Since joining PTIQ about 15-16 weeks ago, I’ve lost 40 pounds and about 20 inches from my waist. Even when I trained for and ran marathons in the past, I never achieved this low of a body fat percentage. More importantly, I think I could sustain it long-term. I’m starting to understand some of the principles that explain why it’s working, which means I might be able to self-regulate going forward. Now, I’m entering a muscle-building phase, and I’m extremely excited to see where that takes me in the coming months.
